This mural first looks like a big set of butterfly wings in front of a cloud-filled sky, but look closer at the shapes within the wings. Our Wings to Remember recognizes the lives of several people who made a lasting mark on the creative community of West Reading. The students in Wyomissing Area’s Public Art Workshop helped to create the overall design and fabricated the mural. Local tattoo artist (and Public Art Workshop alumna) Meghan McClennan created the elaborate wings adorned with the many memorial objects. #OurWingstoRemember
