This mural was part of The Playground Project, a community supported renovation of Wyomissing Area School District’s West Reading Elementary Center’s playground
Location: 460 Chestnut Street, West Reading, PA 19611
This project involved art students from the West Reading Elementary Center as well as the Public Art Workshop. The mural features images of West Reading’s past, including the West Reading Elementary School (now the site of the playground), historic little league photos, and the West Reading 4th of July Parade.
