The Barley Mow Craft Beer House offers creative and diverse options for takeout!
When Peter and Claire Starr opening The Barley Mow Craft Beer House, 719 Penn Avenue in West Reading, they had the vision to bring the most diverse beer to its patrons. They feature the largest selection of craft beer in the area with more than 750 varieties coming from more than 100 American craft breweries.
Most recently, they brought in Jim Churchman from HOMAGE Culinary/Belly to offer delectable bites. The kitchen focuses on comfort cuisine seasonally-inspired by local flavors and those from the places the partners have traveled: Italy, Peru, Vietnam, France, Thailand and beyond.
This combination has proven them a valuable destination in West Reading, but even more so with regulations from COVID-19 in place.
