This mural was created based on how the community of West Reading and its events inspired Rafael. Rafael and his family would often come and work on art projects and listen to music by the late Bob Hassler on Sundays. This singing frog is inspired by Bob. Rafael used frogs in his mural as they were placed in West Reading as an art project headed by the late Nancey Seghetti.
