Every 2nd Friday of the month, the West Reading shops and restaurants celebrate with “2nd Friday on the Avenue” hosted by the West Reading Community Revitalization Foundation.

Berks County’s premiere art and music festival on Penn Avenue, sponsored by Customers Bank, is rain or shine & showcases the work of local & regional artists, vendors, West Reading businesses, musicians & other talents.

Spanning the 400-700 blocks of Penn Avenue, festival goers can indulge in 200 craft and retail vendors, including  food and beverage choices, including beer, wine and spirits + music on three stages!
